SR CARD Terms

1. Terms
Any purchases or subscriptions which you make with us will be governed by these term and conditions ('the terms'). In placing your order and purchasing your SR CARD, you acknowledge that these Terms apply to the exclusion of all other terms, representations or warranties, whether express or implied.

1.1. The SR CARD expires on 31 August 2009.
1.2. The SR CARD must be produced to take advantage of its privileges.
1.3. The SR CARD can be used according to the terms and conditions set down by the individual services offered on the card.
1.4. Cards may not be used after the expiry date - 31.08.09
1.5. Cards must be renewed every 12 months. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to do so.
1.6. The person to whom it was issued may only use the card. It is not transferable. It may only be used by the person whose name and photograph appears on it.
1.7. If the card holder changes name, a new card may be issued and will carry a service/administration fee. Documents must be provided as proof. e.g. marriage certificate.
1.8. We reserve the right to withdraw any offer or service without giving prior notice.
1.9. We reserve the right to withdraw cards for improper or misuse.
1.10. It is the cardholder's responsibility to notify us of any change of address or stolen cards. Lost cards or cards withdrawn for misuse will be reissued at a charge of £7.00. Proof of identity must be supplied.

2. Orders
If you place an order for a purchase or subscription, it is not binding on us. We reserve the right to reject or retract orders for any reason.

3. Payment
You must pay the full price for any purchase when you place your order. We reserve the right not to fulfil your order until we have received cleared payment in full.

4. Refunds
Due to the nature of the SR CARD we cannot offer any refund.

5. Replacement
We will replace lost or stolen cards if reported immediately. There will be a service charge for replacement cards.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of all copyright, database rights, design rights trade or service marks or names and all other intellectual property rights in the materials which you obtain from us remain vested with us or our licensors at all times. You may not copy, reproduce or alter such materials.

7. Warranties and Liability
We do not warrant that any of the materials which you obtain from us are absolutely correct. Our products and services are no substitute for you exercising proper commercial judgement, and we will not be liable for any loss, damage or claim that you suffer as a result of any action you take in reliance on the information contained in them or otherwise.

8. Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
